It’s Monday morning and you urgently need to review your liquidity for the next 30 days, as a major client informed you of payment delays while at the same time requesting an additional order. You call in your accountant to check on cash but she’s out of office this week. You call in your head of production to see if you still have a bit of extra capacity for the new order, but she’s on sick leave. And then you slightly panic…how are you going to make this decision in 24h?

90% less effort to come to the right decision

Dristor Kebap is a Romanian food holding company, operating across meat processing, manufacturing, CPG and hospitality, growing at 60% YoY.

This fast growth meant that Dristor Kebap ran on a patchwork of Excel files, ERP exports, and manual KPI reports assembled across finance, production, logistics, sales and HR. When things worked, they were slow. When they didn't, the consequences were operational and financial.

"The data came in the wrong format, incomplete, with formula errors," says Cristian. "And every time we added a new product, a new sales channel, or a new location, we had to rebuild the entire template from scratch."

The deeper problem was cash flow. Deadlines slipped. Payment obligations were missed or caught late. "We were losing information, forgetting important things that needed to be resolved within normal timelines and that generated additional costs."

"There was a direct financial impact, money was lost. And decisions were being made on incomplete data, which then blocked projects operationally and financially."

Dristor had tried to fix this before, twice. Both times, the software was acquired but never fully implemented. "It remained at the idea stage, or was implemented halfway and then abandoned."

The right answer in seconds, even if the people are out of office

What convinced Cristian wasn't a single feature. It was scope. "Armqu’s AI platform covers absolutely everything across our business: production, operations, logistics, finance, HR, sales, marketing and procurement. A complete solution."

Two capabilities stood out. The first was flexibility: the ability to ask a question and get an answer in any format, without being limited to a fixed template or a single category of data but rather all data across the company - from HR to sales.

"Instead of pulling data manually and totalling it in Excel every time, you just ask. You get exactly the answer you need around your cash position, orders to accept and more"

The second was anomaly detection.

"The software automatically shows me anomalies without me having to ask. That's not easy to do manually. Sometimes you catch them, sometimes you don't, depending on how tired you are. The software just shows them."

When Cristian described Armqu to a peer at another food company, he summed it up in one line: "It simplifies the team's work by 90% so instead of spending energy on repetitive tasks, you can focus on decisions, creativity, and development. After you understand what it does, you can't help but want to see a demo. And then implement it." - Cristian, General Manager, Dristor Kebap

That Monday morning decision? Cristian had the answer in minutes without waiting for anyone to come back to the office.
